Country Risk Index
The UL-RS Country Risk Index compiles six global indices and ranks countries based on weighted criteria relevant to global sourcing. In addition to using data from renowned indices like the UN’s Human Development Index and Transparency International’s Corruption Perception Index, it also takes data from UL-RS’ unique Audit Risk Index which contains violations data from tens of thousands of social audits. The index also measures countries' legal structures and ability to enforce core labor rights by creating a measurement of the existence and actual implementation of freedom of association and collective bargaining rights. The Country Risk Index is updated annually and scores and ranks over 180 countries.See Sample
